Purpose
Organising Cyber Connect: reviewing applications, matching candidates with companies, building meeting schedules and communicating about the event.
Legal basis
The consent you give when submitting the form. There are two separate consents: the required consent to process your application, and the voluntary consent to include your CV in the CV database. You can withdraw either at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
What we collect
Full name, email, phone (optional), university, year of study, status, fields of interest, the type of work you are looking for, availability, LinkedIn (optional), CV, note and the language of the application. For companies: legal entity and contact person details.
Who we share it with
Your CV and application data are shared with companies you have a scheduled meeting with at the event. If you also give the voluntary CV database consent, your CV is shared with partner companies of the event even without a scheduled meeting. Data is never sold or passed to other third parties.
CV database
The CV database is sent once, by protected email, only to the person a company names as the recipient. From that moment the company is an independent controller of the data it receives: it may use it only to assess candidates for open positions and to make contact about employment, may not pass it to third parties or use it for marketing, and must delete it no later than 12 months after the event. You can withdraw this consent at info@hub-201.com, after which we instruct companies to delete your CV.
Processors
We rely on trusted hosting and email delivery providers to run the site, store applications and CVs and send messages. They process the data only on our instructions, on servers in the European Union with appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
No marketing cookies and no profiling. We use only technically necessary cookies for the form and the administrator login, plus analytics that hold no personal data.
Meeting schedule
The schedule is never published. Each participant receives their own schedule privately, and every company receives the list for its own slots only.
Retention
Data and CVs are deleted no later than 12 months after the event.
Security
CVs are kept in private storage with no public access. Every access to a CV is logged. Personal data never appears in page addresses or analytics.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@hub-201.com, deletion requests are handled within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
