Who runs the event
Cyber Connect is organised by HUB201. By using this site and submitting an application you accept these terms.
Applying and selection
An application does not guarantee a place. Capacity is limited and the organiser selects participants based on fields of interest and company needs. We inform you of your status by email.
Accurate information
The details and CV you submit must be accurate and your own. Inaccurate or third-party data is removed and the application cancelled.
CV consents
Applying requires consent to process your data and CV for organising the event. Including your CV in the CV database sent to partner companies is a separate, voluntary consent that you may give or withhold without affecting your application. Details are in the Privacy policy.
Company obligations for data
Companies that receive CVs may use them only to assess candidates for open positions and to make contact about employment, may not pass them to third parties, and must delete them no later than 12 months after the event.
Participant commitments
If you confirm attendance, you are expected to show up for your scheduled slots or cancel at least 24 hours in advance so someone on the waiting list can take the place.
Conduct at the event
We expect professional behaviour. Harassment, discrimination or disruption leads to removal from the event without compensation.
Photography and recording
Photos and recordings may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the organiser on site or write to info@hub-201.com.
Liability
The organiser connects candidates and companies but does not guarantee employment, an internship or any outcome of a conversation. We are not responsible for the content of company offers or for participants' personal belongings.
Changes and cancellation
The organiser may change the programme, times or venue, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control. Registered participants are notified by email.
Intellectual property
The name, logo and site content belong to HUB201 and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
Serbian law applies. Disputes are settled amicably where possible, otherwise before the competent court in Belgrade.
